The Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia has issued a statement addressing recent reports circulating through various news outlets, suggesting that the Prosecutor’s Office has offered plea agreements to the defendants involved in the October 4 case.

The Prosecutor’s Office emphasises that plea agreements will only be discussed with defendants who choose to apply to the Office for such an arrangement, and who simultaneously acknowledge their guilt and demonstrate sincere remorse for their actions.
