President Kavelashvili meets with OSCE Secretary General

Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili met with OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between Georgia and the OSCE.

According to the Presidential Administration, the dialogue focused on recent developments in the South Caucasus region and the challenges facing Georgia.

The President underscored the current situation in the occupied territories and emphasized the OSCE’s essential role in seeking peaceful resolutions to conflicts. He highlighted the importance of peace and stability in the South Caucasus and reaffirmed Georgia’s commitment to contributing to this process.

Mikheil Kavelashvili expressed his gratitude to the OSCE Secretary General for his visit.

In attendance at the meeting were Ketevan Kvinikadze, Head of the Presidential Administration; Lasha Darsalia, Deputy Foreign Minister; Aleksandre Maisuradze, Georgia’s Ambassador to Austria; and Luka Ekhvaia, the President’s Adviser for Foreign Relations.
