President Kavelashvili: Double standards undermine European values

“Double standards toward Georgia, which have become a daily routine, damage European values and tarnish the reputation of European partners,” stated Mikheil Kavelashvili, President of Georgia, during his annual address to Parliament.

Kavelashvili lamented that these double standards originate from the very space where the Georgian people have chosen to advance justice, mutual respect, the supremacy of law, and the preservation of national identity and sovereignty.

“Georgia, which has fought for centuries for European ideals, does not deserve such unfair treatment. We must continue to act in the national interests to ensure peace and strengthen our country,” he affirmed.
