Polling stations opened in 39 countries for Georgian Presidential elections

The 56 polling stations are opened in 39 countries in connection with the 2018 presidential elections of October 28 in Georgia.

According to Konstantine Sabiashvili, Deputy Director of Consulate Department, there are 53 139 Georgian citizens registered at consulates throughout the world.

There are 3 polling stations opened in Azerbaijan and 3 – in Greece where the concentration of Georgian citizens is higher than in other countries. Two polling stations are functioning in New York, US.

Polling stations on the occasion of 2018 Georgian presidential elections were established at the order of the Georgian Central Election Commission (CEC).
