Police search at residence of Human Rights Centre’s head

The police are currently searching the residence of Aleko Tskitishvili, the Executive Director of the Human Rights Centre.

Family members, along with attorneys Nestan Londaridze and Eka Kobesashvili, are present at the location. The specific reason for the ongoing investigation has not yet been disclosed.

Searches were also carried out at the homes of journalist and Nanuka Fund founder Nanuka Zhorzholiani, as well as Mariam Bajelidze, one of the founders of the Sirtskhvilia (Shame) movement.
