Police dismantled tents in front of the parliament building

Police officers have removed the tents set by the protesters in front of the parliament building at Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi.

As journalist of the First Channel reports from the site, initially, police called on the participants of the rally to remove the tents, but the protesters refused to do so. Then, the police dismantled  and removed the tents.

The part of the protesters spent the night in the tents. According to the organizers, the protest rally will be resumed at 15:00 today.

Demands of protestors remain unchanged. They protest against the special operations conducted in night clubs and demand explanations from the Prime Minister.
