Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili’s state visit to the Republic of Turkey has started. Press Service of the Government Administration reported on Tuesday.
As part of the visit, Irakli Garibashvili is scheduled to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey, followed by joint statements for the press. Before the talks with the Turkish President, Irakli Garibashvili will visit the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturkand lay a wreath at his grave.
The Georgian delegation consists of Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Natia Turnava, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Levan Davitashvili, Head of Adjara’s Government Tornike Rizhvadze, and Head of the Georgian Government’s Administration Ilia Darchiashvili.
