Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, met Srbuhi Galyan, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, who is visiting Tbilisi as part of the Georgia-Armenia Legal Forum.
According to the Government Administration, the meeting focused on the strategic partnership and good-neighbourly relations between Georgia and Armenia. The parties discussed cooperation between the two countries across various bilateral and international platforms, with particular emphasis on the effective partnership between Georgia and Armenia in the field of justice and the importance of sharing experiences in this area.
The parties emphasised the importance of establishing lasting peace in the South Caucasus, as well as ensuring the region’s long-term and stable development.
The meeting, held at the Government Administration, was attended by Minister of Justice Paata Salia, Head of Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani, Armenia’s Ambassador to Georgia Ashot Smbatyan and Georgia’s Ambassador to Armenia Giorgi Sharvashidze.
