“I had a phone conversation with President Ilham Aliyev, regarding the recent drone attack in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic,” the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, posted on social platform X.

As the Head of Government remarked, during the discussion, both sides reaffirmed the strong partnership between their countries and underscored the importance of peace and stability in the region.

“I had a phone conversation with President Ilham Aliyev, regarding the recent drone attack in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. I conveyed Georgia’s solidarity and wished a speedy recovery to those injured. We also reaffirmed the strong partnership between our countries and emphasised the importance of peace and stability in the region,” the Prime Minister has noted.
