PM Kobakhidze meets with Kyrgyz Interior Minister
Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze has met with the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ulan Niyazbekov.
According to the Government Administration, the meeting focused on existing cooperation between Georgia and Kyrgyzstan and highlighted the importance of high-level visits for further development of bilateral relations.
Furthermore, it was noted that the agreements signed during Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze’s official visit to Kyrgyzstan lay a solid foundation for deepening partnership across various fields.
The discussions also addressed security cooperation at both bilateral and regional levels.
The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to Ulan Niyazbekov for the Kyrgyz Republic’s support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognised borders.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Sulkhan Tamazashvili.
