“The fact that EU representatives have not even issued a comment regarding the October 4 developments once again confirms the underlying intention that the European bureaucracy indeed harboured, an intention explicitly expressed in their spokesperson’s statement,” Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told Georgian journalists in Dubai.

According to the Prime Minister, they openly supported the attempt to overthrow the government on October 4.

“They expressed direct support for the attempt to overthrow on that day. Subsequently, the official spokesperson for the European Commission publicly voiced support for actions aimed at overthrowing the government, an event that was both very sad and tragic. Their silence on the October 4 developments once again affirms the real intentions of the European bureaucracy, as articulated by their spokesperson. This is a deeply unfortunate development, shedding light on the troubling situation that has emerged across Europe,” the Prime Minister stated.
