The person, who damaged the Memorial of Shindisi Heroes in Gori on September 28, has been revealed. Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reports that the detained person has mental problems.

Four memorial plates are damaged. The photo material about the vandal fact was released in the social network.

The welfare Service of Gori City Hall has already launched restoration works. The investigation is ongoing.
