Penitentiary Service to cover phone call expense of Turkish inmates

Georgian Special Penitentiary Service said it is deeply saddened by the deadly earthquake in Turkey and expressed solidarity with the Turkish people.

In support of the Turkish people and in collaboration with a partner communications company, the Service will cover phone call expenses of Turkish convicts and prisoners.

The Turkish prisoners will be able to use a 60-minute limit upon their desire and needs to communicate with their family members and relatives in quake-ravaged Turkey.
