“We should remember that the future of humans and nation should be peaceful. I wish you health and a peaceful future,” said Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II in his New Year message.
“We are celebrating New Year. Today we hear the words of King David, the Prophet: ‘Show me the path of God to walk along.’ Each person and nation should choose their way and future. We should remember that the future of humans and the nation should be peaceful.
We are concerned about the relationship between Russia and Ukraine and this is a problem. I hope that peace will prevail and peace will come to both countries. As for Georgia, I hope that everything will be resolved peacefully. I wish you peace and health, and a peaceful future,” said the Patriarch.
