Parliament Speaker: Whilst EU Ambassador travels about Georgia, those he funds engage in hybrid operations

“Whilst the EU Ambassador travels from region to region in Georgia talking about butterflies and the benefits of the European Union, those he finances are engaged in hybrid operations,” the Speaker of Georgia’s Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, has stated.

According to him, certain groups exist who are ready to sell themselves to foreigners in exchange for money.

“We see groups that are financed directly from Brussels, we see their hostile activity, accusations are made against Georgia, which have been confirmed to be lies. Brussels must renounce its propaganda actions against Georgia and the Georgian people.
