Parliament Speaker: Radical opposition and anti-constitutional parties are entirely rendered irrelevant; their only agenda is watching others

“The radical opposition attempts to claim credit for every positive development because they are incapable of achieving anything positive themselves; whenever someone tries to sabotage something, they attempt to claim a stake in that destruction,” Speaker of Parliament Shalva Papuashvili stated.

According to the Speaker, the radical opposition and anti-constitutional parties have been completely reduced to non-entities.

“As for the radical opposition and anti-constitutional parties, they lack the capacity for anything; they can neither build nor destroy. They are entirely rendered irrelevant. Whenever something positive is achieved, whether regarding secondary bank transfers or raising the property tax threshold, they rush to claim credit for it, precisely because they cannot deliver anything positive on their own. Should anyone attempt to cause damage, they try to get a piece of that destruction too. Today, the opposition’s entire agenda consists of standing on the sidelines watching others,” Shalva Papuashvili declared.
