Parliament Speaker meets Armenian President

Georgian Parliament Speaker, Shalva Papuashvili met President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturian.

At the meeting, the Speaker noted that the first visit of the President of Armenia to Georgia is symbolic, which once again emphasizes the importance of the relations between the two countries.

The sides discussed Georgia-Armenia fruitful cooperation in various sectors and positively assessed the dynamics of increased high-level visits.

The current developments in the region and the steps taken to achieve regional peace and stability were discussed at the meeting.

The parties expressed readiness for further development of bilateral relations.
