“Talking about statistics on coronavirus (COVID-19) in Georgia is not serious as the number of cases does not even reach 40, Deputy Director of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health Paata Imnadze said in a response to the question on COVID-19 cases in children.
Reporters asked if the cases of COVID-19 in Children were high compared to other countries.
“Children are still at low risk of getting sick with COVID-19. However, children can be the source of infection for their grandparents,” Imnadze said.
