Out of 182 new COVID-19 cases, 129 are linked to Adjara region

Out of 182 new COVID-19 cases reported in Georgia, 129 are linked to Adjara region – said Marina Ezugbaia, Medical Director of Tbilisi Hospital of Infectious Diseases.

According to Ezugbaia, 34 cases are from Tbilisi, 11 – Imereti, 3-Guria, and one from Kakheti region. The rate of recoveries stands at 46%.

Georgia has reported 182 new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) today, bringing the total number of infected people to 3119, according to stopcov.ge, a special webpage created by the Georgian government.

Thirteen patients have recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours, increasing the total number of recoveries to 1 435.
