Omega Group publicizes conclusion of examination of recordings conducted abroad
Omega Group has published a conclusion of the examination of recordings conducted abroad.
According to the Omega Group’s statement, they received a conclusion of two more audio recordings from a British company. One recording includes a conversation between Zaza Okuashvili, Irakli Chubinishvili and Vano Chkhartishvili, while the second recording includes a conversation between Levan Kipiani and Omega Managers.
At today’s briefing, Omega Group General Manager Levan Aghdgomelashvili stated that the first audio recording includes a discussion about the creation of a joint enterprise, one of the shareholders of which was to become the so-called foundation described by Irakli Chubinishvili as a party.
“According to the conclusion of the first audio file, the conversation was recorded continuously. Accordingly, the statement of Vano Chkhartishvili and his attorney that the audio recording was recorded at 6 different meetings is not true.
As for the second file, according to the conclusion, the audio recording consists of three sections taken from a single audio recording that was recorded continuously. As a result of processing the audio file, it was established that the conversation took place on 26 April. The examination confirmed the authenticity of the recordings,” Aghdgomelashvili said.
