Number of foreign visitors up by 510,5 per cent in August

The number of foreign visitors increased by 510,5 per cent in August year-on-year, the National Tourism Administration reported.

A total of 266,544 visits were carried out in Georgia in August, among them 107,156 by land, 156,101 by air, 596 by sea and 2,691 by railway.

The top five countries include Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia (non-residents) and Armenia.
