No construction works of hotel launched at building of former Economics Ministry

No construction works have been launched as yet at the building of former Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development located at Chanturia Street in Tbilisi. The building was bought by Hualing Group in 2016 at the price of 9 450 000 USD.

The investor had to build 100-room hotel by 2018. “We cannot exactly say when the works will begin, though we are ready to launch works,” Hualing Group representatives told First Channel.

Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development has worked at Chivelidze Street at a rented building since April of 2016.
