New regulations on loans for individuals will be enacted from November 1

New regulations on issuing loans for individuals will be enacted starting from November 1. President of the National Bank Koba Gvenetadze said in that regard. It concerns the new requirements for commercial banks.
As for issuing loans for other actors, the regulations for them will be mandatory starting from January 1, 2019.
