The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has completed the construction of a new public school in Ureki, Ozurgeti Municipality.
The Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, Irakli Karseladze, inspected the new school, designed to accommodate 450 student. He emphasized that despite various challenges, Ureki now boasts a modern educational facility that meets all necessary standards.
Karseladze highlighted that the school is equipped with essential infrastructure to support sports, creative activities, and daily educational needs. The facility is also fully adapted for students with disabilities, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
The state budget allocated GEL 13.7 million for the school construction.
