National Military Service recruits take oath at Mukhrovani military base

Ninety-seven recruits of the National Military Service’s Special Operations Forces took their oath at the Mukhrovani military base.

Special Operations Forces Commander, Colonel Teimuraz Klarteishvili, along with family members, attended the solemn ceremony. In his address to the recruits, Colonel Klarteishvili congratulated them on successfully completing their training and extended his best wishes for their future service.

Once deployed, the recruits will serve in various units of the Special Operations Forces on a rotating basis, with shifts every three days. Their monthly salary will amount to GEL 635. Recruits who volunteered for service will also receive a 30% bonus.

The recruits completed an intensive 8-month Basic Combat Training course at Mukhrovani, mastering a range of disciplines including topography, first aid, communications, engineering tactics, and field operations.
