National Food Agency urges consumers to refrain from using certain batches of Picot Baby Food

The National Food Agency has issued an official statement regarding the imported baby food product Picot.

The Agency has initiated an investigation into the product following concerns raised about its safety.

“Although we have not received an official notification through the European Commission’s RASFF rapid alert system, out of an abundance of caution, we are monitoring the situation closely. The Agency is supervising the withdrawal of specific batches — Picot 1 400g (batch number 8000003312), Picot 1 800g (batch number 8000003297), and Picot 2 800g (batch number 8000003280) — from the marketplace,” the Agency stated.

Furthermore, the National Food Agency urges all consumers who have purchased products from these batches to refrain from using them.
