MP Matikashvili: Radical opposition is divided by chaos and controversy

“There is significant controversy and turmoil within the radical opposition. While Lelo has accepted the European Parliament’s call and task for direct implementation, Gakharia’s party neither opposed participation in the elections previously,” said Davit Matikashvili, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Procedural Issues.

He added that, against this backdrop, the United National Movement is adopting a radical approach, with members pointing fingers at one another and making accusations.

“Radicals united solely by their hatred for the country cannot and will not unite in a single position. Once again, the radical opposition will suffer defeat in 64 constituencies and receive a clear political verdict,” concluded Matikashvili.
