MP Gorduladze: The more low-grade letters Irakli Garibashvili publishes, the deeper a hole he digs for himself

“Irakli Garibashvili is building his speculation on crude falsehoods in a desperate bid to save himself,” declared MP Archil Gorduladze, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Issues.

Gorduladze added that it would be far better for Irakli Garibashvili to submit to the verdict handed down by the court.

“It is painful to speak of a former leader of the ruling party who stands exposed in wrongdoing, has confessed to his crime, and is now attempting to reinvent himself through political speculation, resorting even to falsehoods that defy legal assessment.

He is constructing his speculations on elementary lies to save his own skin. All of this merely underscores his pathetic predicament. The more low-grade letters Irakli Garibashvili publishes of this nature, the deeper a hole he will dig for himself. He would be far better advised to submit to the charges he has already admitted to and upon which a court ruling stands,” Gorduladze stated.
