Health Ministry - Those who failed to get certificate on vaccination should be re-vaccinated
According to the Ministry of Health of Georgia, those who failed to get certificate on vaccination against measles, rubella, and mumps in polyclinics should be re-vaccinated.
Ministry made the regarding comment after when it became known that some parents faced problems when demanding appropriate documentations in the polyclinics.
Eka Adamia, head of the Health Care Program of the Ministry of Health, told the First Channel that if the polyclinics are unable to present documents the Ministry will take appropriate measures.
“We recommend checking the status of all children about vaccination and if the confirming documentation can not be obtained, the re-vaccination should be done” – Eka Adamia said.
