Minister of Internal Affairs meets Secretary of Azerbaijani Security Council

Georgian Minister of Internal Affairs, Vakhtang Gomelauri met the Secretary of the Azerbaijani National Security, Ramil Usubov.

The parties discussed the importance of enhancing cooperation in the field of security between the respective agencies. The conversation also touched upon the current developments in the region and security issues.

At the end of the meeting, Vakhtang Gomelauri thanked his Azerbaijani colleague for the fruitful cooperation and expressed hope that it will expand in the future.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Giorgi Butkhuzi, and the Head of the National Security Council’s Office, Givi Tumanishvili.
