Mikheil Batiashvili: We should not fight against smart phones and tablets in schools, we should use them for education

One of the main directions is the concept of digital school, on which we will make important focus, said Mikheil Batiashvili, candidate for minister of education, science, culture and sport of Georgia during the joint sitting of the parliamentary committees.
According to Mikheil Batiashvili, the concept of digital school implies the use of all electronic and technologic tools, in which educational programs, as well as various sources of information, including text materials, video materials, various programs, etc. will be included.
“We should not fight against smart phones and tablets in schools, we should use them for education”, – he said.
