Employees of the Migration Department, in close coordination with the relevant units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), have deported 85 foreign nationals from Georgia in recent days, the Ministry has reported.
According to the statement, the individuals were banned from re-entry under current legislation.
“The Migration Department’s operations resulted in the expulsion of 85 citizens from countries including Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Egypt, Iraq, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Jordan, India, Iran, Israel, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, South Africa, Armenia, Sudan, Thailand, the Philippines, Kyrgyzstan, and China,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
