MIA officers to engage in holding UEFA Euro 2024 safely

The delegation of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) is invited to Germany at the initiative of the German Federal Interior and Public Affairs Ministry and the Federal Police.

The Georgian delegation will participate in the protection and provision of security measures for the UEFA European Football Championship 2024, from June 14 to July 14, 2024, based on the joint declaration signed between the Georgian and German Interior Ministries.

Ten employees of the Patrol Police Department of the MIA will depart for Germany on June 8. They will undergo training at the Bamberg Training Center on June 10-13 together with other police officers from different countries.
