MFA invites election observers for 2024 parliamentary election in letter to OSCE/ODIHR Director

On February 12, the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a letter to Matteo Mecacci, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), inviting election observers for the 2024 parliamentary elections.

According to the Foreign Ministry, the Georgian government wants to ensure transparent, fair and free elections in line with international standards and the best European practice.

The letter underscores Georgia is ready to contribute efficiently to the election observers’ performance.
