MFA: Georgia's and Hungary's counterparts discuss Georgia-EU relations, acknowledging Hungary’s support
During the OSCE Ministerial Council, Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili, held a bilateral meeting with Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Peter Szijjártó.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the ministers reviewed the agenda of Georgian-Hungarian relations, explored avenues for further deepening their dialogue, and discussed recent developments.
The conversation also touched upon Georgia-EU relations, with Hungary’s strong support for Georgia’s priorities being gratefully acknowledged.
“The importance of maintaining Hungary’s political and expert cooperation in the European integration process was underscored. The ministers expressed their commitment to further strengthening their regular dialogue and shared their perspectives on current international issues,” the ministry’s statement said.
