I would like to state with full responsibility on behalf of my political team – we will maintain peace and order through democratic methods, but at the same time there will always be a high standard of justice in Georgia, – Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze said when answering the question about Davit Kirkitadze’s detention, during the program of Imedi TV company.

As the head of the government noted, the political opponents are trying to attach a political ground to this incident.

According to Prime Minister, a specific offense occurred, consequently, the response was within the law.
