Maka Botchorishvili and Mamuka Mdinaradze appointed Vice Prime Ministers alongside Irakli Chikovani
Alongside Minister of Defense Irakli Chikovani, the positions of Vice Prime Minister of Georgia will also be held by Maka Botchorishvili and Mamuka Mdinaradze. Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced at a briefing.
According to Kobakhidze, Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili will also be assigned the duties of Vice Prime Minister. As a result, the government will now have three Vice Prime Ministers.
In addition, a new position—State Minister for Coordination of Law Enforcement Agencies—will be introduced in the government structure, and Mamuka Mdinaradze will be appointed to this post.
Separately, Geka Geladze will replace Mdinaradze as Head of the State Security Service.
