“Nobody has ever demanded that Georgia stop trade relations with Russia. This is a lie and part of propaganda influence,” said Badri Japaridze, one of the leaders of the Lelo party.

According to Japaridze, Georgia’s friends stressed that the country should not become a transit to Russia for the import of products that strengthen its aggressive machine.

“Yesterday, Great Britain announced new sanctions to reduce Russia’s revenues from oil sales. Georgia’s friends always stressed that the country should not become a transit to Russia for the import of products that strengthen its aggressive machine.
