Lelo member urges opposition to focus on two jointly set key objectives

“The stance of the Lelo party and the Strong Georgia coalition, from the very beginning, has been to direct all efforts towards critical issues that have remained our primary objectives for nearly 140 days: the release of political prisoners and new parliamentary elections,” stated Saba Buadze, a member of the Lelo party.

According to Buadze, any discussions surrounding local elections divert attention from these essential issues.

“We have consistently called on others, and we reiterate: Let us focus on the present and on what can contribute to achieving the two main tasks we have collectively set out, both in a coordinated manner and beyond,” he emphasized.
