The lead content in petrol is consistent with the qualitative norms defined by the Government of Georgia.

Employees of Environmental Supervision Department of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture inspected the petrol stations.

According to the Department, the inspection was carried out without warning and 240 samples across the country have been taken.
