Large-scale registration of forests to begin in spring

A large-scale process of registration and inventory of Georgia’s forests will begin starting spring of 2018.  The project will be financed by Germany’s government with 5 million Euros.

Resources of forests and creation of united base is planned within the framework of the project. Registration was last carried out in Georgia in 1997.
