Kutaisi records 2 new cases of COVID-19

Out of 1 279 test samples, 2 tested positive for coronavirus in Kutaisi, Gocha Giorgidze, the Head of the Imereti Office of National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) told Georgian First Channel. Both new cases had contact with infected patients.

Patients, medical staff, people under quarantine and other target groups from medical institutions in the Imereti region have been tested in Kutaisi laboratory, including samples from Svaneti.
