Recognition of mistakes by Freedom House means that our criticism of its report was correct – Irakli Kobakhidze, Chairman of Parliament told reporters.

Kobakhidze accused biased non-governmental organizations and individuals including Georgia’s President of supplying Freedom House with incorrect information.

Freedom House admitted to have committed a mistake in its 2017 annual report regarding media holding “Imedi” and corrected as a remark. It also corrected the fact regarding Georgian Public Broadcaster.
