Interior Minister holds meeting with Border Police leadership

Minister of Internal Affairs Geka Geladze convened a working meeting with the Head of the Border Police and senior officials.

The discussion centred on ongoing and forthcoming initiatives to enhance border infrastructure, construct and equip border sectors, retrain personnel, bolster operational and investigative capabilities, and develop the Coast Guard and Border Aviation units.

During the meeting, Geka Geladze received detailed briefings on current projects within the scope of international cooperation, aimed at strengthening border security and advancing the skills and capabilities of border guards and police officers.

The Minister expressed gratitude to the Border Police leadership for their dedicated efforts.
