Infrastructure Minister appoints two new deputies

Georgia’s new Infrastructure Minister, Revaz Sokhadze, has appointed Vakhushti Bagrationi as First Deputy Minister and Giorgi Koberidze as Deputy Minister.

The newly appointed Deputy Ministers have officially begun their duties following an order signed by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.

Vakhushti Bagrationi, a trained geologist, has extensive experience in managing commercial operations and international business. He previously served as a project manager for the Neskra Hydro Electric Power Plant and worked with various construction companies.

Giorgi Koberidze, who holds a law degree, served as a deputy minister in the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure from 2014 to 2015 and has held significant positions at the Georgian Water & Power (GWP) company.

Additionally, two other deputies, Ilia Begiashvili and Mzia Giorgobiani, will continue in their respective roles.
