Hungarian Vice PM hosts Georgian delegation

Hungarian Vice Prime Minister Zsolt Semjén hosted the Georgian delegation, led by the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party chair, Irakli Kobakhidze, for an official working dinner.

The meeting addressed prospects for the intensification of the Georgia-Hungary friendly relations. Zsolt Semjén reconfirmed Hungary’s unconditional support for Georgia in granting it the EU candidate status based on the European Commission’s recommendation.

The GD Chair thanked the Hungarian Vice Prime Minister for support of Georgia.

Led by the GD Chair, the Georgian delegation comprises Vice Speaker Giorgi Volski, European Integration Committee Chair Maka Botchorishvili, and MP Irakli Mezurnishvili.
