Health state of one of injured persons in Sagarejo shooting stabilizes

The health state of one of the injured individuals in Sagarejo shooting who underwent surgery on his eye, has stabilized.

Revaz Omiadze, a surgeon of the Caucasus Medical Center told the GPB’s First Channel that the patient’s condition is not life-threatening and he will be discharged from the clinic later this afternoon.

A shooting in Sagarejo, Georgia’s eastern Kakheti region, late on January 19 killed five people, including a police officer, and severely injured five more.
