GSE: Electricity supply gradually restored to Tbilisi, regions; full restoration to be completed shortly

The Georgian State Electrosystem (GSE) said that shortly after the emergency power outage at 08:05, the electricity supply was gradually restored to most of Tbilisi and the regions.

According to the GSE, full restoration will be completed very soon. Engineers continue to work to restore power in phases.
