GPB real property to be auctioned

The Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) will auction its real property. The GPB building located at #68 Kostava Street in Tbilisi will be auctioned at the price of USD 24 059 832.
The Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau evaluated the property. The land space is 33 209 square meters, buildings – 23 649. The high construction coefficient gives multi-profile development prospect to the territory.
The property will be sold through an online auction of the Finance Ministry Service Agency. Interested parties can participate in the auction till 18:00 of June 4.
The new building of GPB is being constructed at Politkovskaia Street in Tbilisi.
