German airline Condor Airlines resumes flights to Georgia, operating Frankfurt-Tbilisi route from June 15
German airline Condor Airlines is set to return to the Georgian aviation market, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia announced.
According to the ministry, the airline will operate daily direct flights on the Frankfurt-Tbilisi-Frankfurt route starting from June 15, 2026.
“Condor Airlines previously operated in Georgia during 2022-2023, with flights on the Frankfurt-Tbilisi route twice a week. Its return after a two-year hiatus is particularly significant for transatlantic transit flights.
The development of the tourism and aviation sectors remains a key priority for the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. Germany is an important target market in this regard, and Frankfurt, as a major aviation hub, will play a crucial role in boosting tourist flows and enhancing connectivity in Georgia,” the ministry has said.
Founded in 1955, Condor Airlines has its main base at Frankfurt Airport. The airline currently operates flights to 81 destinations across Europe, Africa, North and South America, as well as in the Caribbean and Mediterranean regions. Tickets are now available for purchase on the airline’s official website.
